Which CRM for a Québec SMB in 2026?
By Danny Malouin. Updated October 22, 2026. Reviewed every quarter.
There is no best CRM. There is the one that fits how you sell, how you invoice and how much setup you can absorb. Here are the serious options for Québec SMBs, compared on price, data in Canada and fit.
Beep is platform-agnostic. We implement any of these, ourselves or with a specialist team for that platform. No vendor paid for or reviewed this guide.
At a glance
Licence prices are the small part. Setup, data cleanup and training usually cost more in year one. Prices shown are list prices in the vendor’s currency and change often.
Three questions before any demo
CRM alone, or CRM plus ERP?
If quotes, inventory, projects and invoicing need to live together, you are shopping for more than a CRM.
Where do invoices and taxes live?
GST and QST, your accounting software and who sends the invoice decide half the shortlist.
Where must the data live?
Law 25 asks for an assessment before personal data leaves Québec. Canadian hosting makes it simpler.

The platforms in short
HubSpot
The easiest CRM to adopt, with best-in-class marketing. Costs climb fast at Professional, and onboarding fees apply.
Zoho
CRM, books, HR and more at a low price per user. Powerful, but it takes real configuration to feel simple.
Odoo
One platform for sales, inventory, manufacturing and accounting. Great fit for operations-heavy SMBs. Budget for implementation.
Salesforce
The largest ecosystem and add-on market. Starter is affordable; the jump to Pro and add-ons is where costs grow.
Dynamics 365 Sales
Natural for Outlook and Teams users. Pairs with Business Central for ERP. Needs a partner to implement.
Pipedrive
Simple, visual pipeline that sales teams like. CRM only, with light accounting integration.
Maximizer
Built in Vancouver, with a French edition since 2026. Strongest in financial services. High entry price for general SMBs.
Jobber
Canadian, built in Edmonton. Quotes, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and payments for home and field service crews. We found no French interface, only English and Spanish.[17]
monday CRM
Flexible boards for teams already on monday.com. Three-seat minimum and no Canadian hosting.
CRM alone, or CRM plus ERP?
If you mainly need to track leads and close deals, a CRM is enough. Pipedrive, HubSpot and Zoho CRM all do that well.
If quotes turn into orders, stock, projects and invoices, a CRM alone leaves you re-typing data into other systems. That is where Odoo, Dynamics 365 with Business Central, or Zoho One make more sense, because the whole flow lives in one place.
Field service businesses are a case of their own. A tool like Jobber runs the whole job, from quote to schedule to payment, and often replaces both a classic CRM and an ERP.
Map the process first. The tool comes second.
Québec checks
Data location
Prefer Canadian hosting and still do the privacy assessment. Support teams abroad can access data.
French in practice
A French interface is common. Your own fields, emails, quotes and templates still need translating. Some tools, like Jobber, have no French interface at all.
GST and QST
Confirm QST handling in whatever system issues the invoice, before you sign.
Acomba and Sage users
We found no official Acomba connector for these platforms. Plan an integration or a switch.
How Beep helps
Beep Digital is platform-agnostic. We map how your business sells and invoices, recommend the platform that fits, then implement it, ourselves or with a specialist team for that platform. ESSOR stream 1B can fund the selection and stream 1C the rollout, with a Québec provider like Beep.
