Discovery calls are how most Beep Digital projects start. We wanted clients to book them in the forms already on beepdigital.ca, in English and French, without sending anyone to a separate booking app. So we use our own plugin, CalNForm.

The setup

• Two Forminator forms, one in English and one in French.
• CalNForm adds the date and time choice to each form, showing only free slots from our calendar.
• 15 minute discovery calls, with the meeting link created automatically.
• The confirmation goes to the client and the booking lands in our calendar.

Why it works for us

The client never leaves our site. The form keeps our branding and our fields. Our calendar stays the single source of truth, so there are no double bookings. And there is no booking subscription to pay for.
