Beep Digital launches CalNForm, a booking plugin for WordPress

Today we officially launch CalNForm and its website, calnform.com. It is a WordPress plugin that turns the form already on your site into a booking system. Like everything we build, it works with what a business already has.

WHY WE BUILT IT

Booking should not need another app

Building software is part of what we do. We design, build and connect the systems businesses run on. Across our projects, the same gap kept showing up. A business has a form on its WordPress site and wants clients to book meetings. The usual answer is a separate booking app.

Another monthly fee per person. Another login. Another place where client data lives.

So we built CalNForm. It works with the form, the calendar and the meeting tool the business already uses. Bookings and data stay on the site, wherever it is hosted.

We run it here too. Every discovery call booked on beepdigital.ca goes through CalNForm, in English and French.

Clients manage their own

Every confirmation carries a private link to reschedule or cancel. The calendar updates by itself.

It works with Forminator, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms and Elementor Forms.

CalNForm Lite is free, with no booking cap. CalNForm Pro starts at $90 CAD per site per year for the whole team. It adds paid bookings with Stripe and PayPal, reminders and reports.
